Please note:

If you need to cancel your registration, email us at events@journaltech.com before October 15, 2025. If you cancel your conference registration, you will need to cancel your hotel reservation separately (we’ve arranged for the discounted room block, but reservations are personal and we're not affiliated with the hotel in any way).

Alternatively, if you prefer to transfer your conference registration to someone else, you can do so for free until October 15, 2025. To transfer, email us at events@journaltech.com with the subject line: User Conference Registration Transfer, and include the name and email of the new attendee in your message. One the transfer is processed, both parties will receive a confirmation email.

Regarding the refund deadlines for the conference, a full refund is available for cancellations made on or before October 1, 2025. A 50% refund is offered for cancellations made between October 1 and October 14, 2025. No refunds will be given for cancellations or transfers made on or after October 15, 2025. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
